Perfect, for me. I have lots and lots of plants, I also have arthritis in both shoulders, so reaching up high or lifting any kind of weight really hurts. The Plant Caddy is simple to use and much sturdier than it looks. When I first looked at it I laughed and thought there was no way it could hold up a wet, heavy, hanging, 12' planter. Well it does! And now I can raise or lower any hanging plant without pain. The Plant Caddy is lightweight and well made, and works surprisingly well, just make sure you attach it to your ceiling or beams with strong hardware and remember how much weight will be hanging from it when you water. I really love this invention, and I'm going to order many more, also I should note that the company, Riverstone Inds Corp. is quite efficient and I received my order in 3 days, actually on the third day, everything was well packed and the instructions were easy to understand and use, and the price is excellent. I'm also going to try one out in my barn for cleaning bridles, like a bridle hook. I'll let you know how that works out.
